Attack the Backlog: Mini Ninjas

On this episode of Attack the Backlog, Marc sneaks and slashes their way through the forests, fields, mountains, and castles of Mini Ninjas, a simple little action-adventure game where you play as a ninja (go figure) who must save the world from an evil warlord who is turning animals into evil samurai warriors. Mini Ninjas originally came out for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, and PC on September 8th, 2009. Anyway, something-something kid-friendly like for kids who go to schools called elementary, cheers and enjoy the show.

Attack the Backlog: Slay the Spire

On this episode of Attack the Backlog, Marc draws and deals their way through the dungeons of Slay the Spire, a deck-building roguelike that’s...kind of amazing. Like, did this just sneak its way onto my greatest games of the decade, Amazing? (Spoilers: It didn't, but it came real close.) Slay the Spire originally came out in early access for PC in late 2017 and officially released on January 23rd, 2019, making its way to PS4, Switch, and Xbox One later that year. Anyway, something-something super addictive and sometime sadistic, cheers and enjoy the show.

Attack the Backlog: Remnant: From the Ashes

Updated on Sunday, June 7, 2020 at 12:00PM by Registered CommenterMarc Kusnierz

On this episode of Attack the Backlog, Marc shoots their way through the post-apocalyptic streets, forests, and deserts of Remnant: From the Ashes, a third-person action-adventure game that takes a lot from the Souls games, adds an emphasis on shooting, and puts it all into a post-apocalyptic, fantastical setting full of Groot’s extended family, anthropomorphic goat people, insect-human hybrids, and more. Remnant: From the Ashes originally came out on August 20th, 2019 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Anyway, something-something poorly balanced and full of challenge, cheers and enjoy the show.

PSP #723: Daymare: 1998, Bug Fables: The Everlasting Sapling, Tcheco and the Castle of Lucio

On today's show, Marc starts off talking about the current events affecting not only the States, but the entire world, doing their best to find some words, any words, to express their feelings about what is currently going on. After that, they talk about what they've been playing, including a game that wants to be Resident Evil and a game that wants to be Paper Mario (from what they've been told). Anyway, something-something I don't know and I don't know, cheers and enjoy the anime-zing(ly buggy, in more ways that one) show.

Attack the Backlog: Streets of Rage 4

Updated on Sunday, May 24, 2020 at 12:00PM by Registered CommenterMarc Kusnierz

On this episode of Attack the Backlog, Marc continues punching, kicking, and throwing their way through the streets of Streets of Rage 4, the long-awaited sequel to the beloved beat 'em up series that only took 26 years to come out. Thankfully, it was worth the wait, taking much of what I loved about the old games, giving it all a fresh coat of paint, and making it better. Streets of Rage 4 originally came out on April 30th, 2020 for PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One. Anyway, something-something punchy, kicky, and a little bit flippy, cheers and enjoy the show.
