Grand Theft Auto V: The Worst Way to Die

There are many ways to die in Grand Theft Auto V, but it's hard trying to think of a worse way than by falling off your ATV and then watching, unable to move, as one of the ATV's tires crushes your twig and berries to death. (I'm talking about yo' dick and balls!)
