Attack the Backlog: One Piece: World Seeker

Updated on Sunday, February 2, 2020 at 12:00PM by Registered CommenterMarc Kusnierz

On this episode of Attack the Backlog, Marc stretches and gum gum rockets their way through the streets and skies of One Piece: World Seeker, an open-world action-adventure game set in the universe of One Piece, where you play as Luffy and get shipwrecked on Jail Island along with the rest of your crew. What follows is a traditional One Piece adventure that’s well written and fun to see play out, but, not so fun to play. One Piece: World Seeker originally came out on March 15th, 2019 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Anyway, something-something gummy and Luffy sure likes to fill his tummy, cheers and enjoy the show.

PSP #705: It Came From Space and Ate Our Brains, Music Racer, Coffee Talk, 7th Sector, Demons with Shotguns, Soccer, Tactics & Glory, Sisters Royale, Leisure Suit Larry: Wet Dreams Don't Dry

On today's overflowing show, Marc starts off, once again, by talking about season 4 of Apex Legends, including the death of one legend and the reveal of another. After that, Marc talks about what they've been playing and oh boy have they played a bunch of games, including It Came From Space and Ate Our Brains, Music Racer, Coffee Talk, 7th Sector, Demons with Shotguns, Soccer, Tactics & Glory, Sisters Royale, Leisure Suit Larry: Wet Dreams Don't Dry, and Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire. Anyway, something-something chunky and clunky, cheers and enjoy the anime-zing(ly I suck at making latte art) show.

Anyway, that's it and that's all folks. On today's  show, Marc starts off by talking about the new season 4 details for Apex Legends, including a brand new legend and yet another new sniper rifle, as well as their experience with the Grand Soirée Arcade Event. After all that, Marc talks about what they've been watching and playing, including Red Bow, Without Escape, Black Skylands, Billy on the Street, and Marriage Story. Anyway, something-something vapid and haptic, cheers and enjoy the anime-zing(ly forged) show.

Attack the Backlog: Cat Quest

Updated on Sunday, January 19, 2020 at 12:00PM by Registered CommenterMarc Kusnierz

On this episode of Attack the Backlog, Marc purs and sheds their beard through the forests and fields of Cat Questa delightful little action-RPG that’s real purrrty and doesn’t overstay its welcome. Cat Quest originally came out for PC on August 8th, 2017, and quickly made its way to iOS, Android, Switch, and PS4. Sadly, the original game never made its way to Xbox One, but the sequel, aptly titled Cat Quest II, did and that’s how I first learned of the series. Anyway, something-something hairy and not at all scary, cheers and enjoy the show.

PSP #703: Game Delays, Super Mario World, Random Nonsense and Podcast Updates

On today's surprisingly long show, Marc starts off by talking about the podcast and how it will be evolving yet again; though, this change is about as insignificant of a change as change can get. After all that, Marc talks about some news, including a few game delays and GameStop woes, and then they end with a bit of what they've been playing/watching, including Super Mario World (for the first time) and Netflix's The Witcher. Anyway, something-something long and strong, cheers and enjoy the anime-zing(ly that's what she said) show.

PSP #702: Remnant: From the Ashes, Farm Together, Apex Legends Grand Soirée Arcade

On today's show, Marc starts off by saying this show will be a short show, but, of course, it ended up longer than the last episode, so, classic Marc, eh. And the thing is, they just kind of rambled on and on about this and that, including Remnant From the Ashes, Farm Together, and the new Apex Legends Grand Soirée Arcade event. Anyway, something-something backloggy and groggy, cheers and enjoy the anime-zing(ly monotonous) show.

Anyway, that's it and that's all folks. Attack the Backlog: Little Nightmares

Updated on Sunday, January 5, 2020 at 12:00PM by Registered CommenterMarc Kusnierz

In this episode of Attack the Backlog, Marc runs barefoot through larger-than-life rooms while being chased by disgusting humanoid creatures in Little Nightmares, a puzzle-platformer where you play as a little girl in a big world full of monsters and little gnomes who really gnome how to party. Little Nightmares originally came out on PC, PS4, and Xbox One back in April of 2017 and made its way to Switch a year later. Anyway, something-something atmospheric and would you like to ride in my gondolier, cheers and enjoy the show.

PSP #701: My Most Anticipated Games of 2020 (Kind Of), Control, Devil Daggers, Virtua Tennis 4, Fear the Wolves

On today's show, Marc starts off talking about their most anticipated games of 2020, more so out of a sense of obligation than a feeling of excitement. After that, they just kind of talk about random nonsense, including a few PC games, like Devil Daggers, Fear the Wolves, and everyone's favorite go-to PC game: Virtua Tennis 4. Anyway, something-something bored and not adored, cheers and enjoy the anime-zing(ly unenthusiastic) show.

On today's show, Marc starts off talking about their favorite games of 2019 (so far), including Resident Evil 2, Apex Legends, and one very surprising late edition that's now their current number one. After that, they talk about what they've been playing and watching, including Oniken, Odallus, Regions of Ruin, Iro Hero, Warhammer Quest 2, and Touring Karts. Anyway, something-something retro and tasty like pesto, cheers and enjoy the anime-zing(ly exhausted) show.
