Attack the Backlog #26: Rocket Knight

Updated on Sunday, September 15, 2019 at 12:00PM by Registered CommenterMarc Kusnierz

In episode twenty-six of Attack the Backlog, Marc ricochets off walls and sometimes falls in Rocket Knight, an action platformer where you play as Sparkster, an opossum who likes rocket jumping and sword thrusting, exactly what you'd expect from a rocket knight. Rocket Knight is not a reboot, but a sequel to the Sega Genesis game Sparkster: Rocket Knight Adventures 2 and originally came out on May 11th, 2010 and is currently available on PS3, Xbox 360, Xbox One (via backward compatibility), and PC. Anyway, something-something jumpy and never clunky, cheers and enjoy the show.

PSP #680: Decay of Logos, Nascar Heat 4 First Impressions

Updated on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at 6:00AM by Registered CommenterMarc Kusnierz

On today's show, Marc talks about Decay of Logos, Nascar Heat 4, and that's pretty much it. You could say it's short and sweet, but it's still about the usual length, so it would be more accurate to say it's average and bland. Side note: Since the recording of this episode, Decay of Logos has froze up on Marc twice, meaning they lost a fair amount of progress, twice. Anyway, something-something horsy and no  more, please, cheers and enjoy the anime-zing(ly aggravating) show.

Anyway, that's it and that's all folks. Updated on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at 6:00PM by Registered CommenterMarc Kusnierz

On today's show, Marc doesn't have all that much to talk about, so they play and talk about Super Off Road: The Baja for Super Nintendo, as well as the ridiculous price difference in two recent sold listings of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Hyperstone Heist on eBay. Anyway, something-something double the price and can you please tell me why, cheers and enjoy the anime-zing(ly bumpy) show.

PSP #676: Gun Gun Pixies, Apex Legends Voidwalker Event

Updated on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at 6:00PM by Registered CommenterMarc Kusnierz

On today's show, Marc tries to get through the episode as quickly as possible as they talk about Gun Gun Pixies and the latest Apex Legends event, Voidwalker (just a skosh), all while playing Gun Gun Pixies, something they really don't like doing. Anyway, something-something ecchi and shooting them until they're wet, see, cheers and enjoy the anime-zing(ly fan servicey) show.

On today's show, Marc talks about Redeemer: Enhanced Edition, their first impressions of the Mega Sg, and the latest Apex Legends news, along with a very ridiculous story revolving around the spelling of Marc's name. Updated on Sunday, September 1, 2019 at 12:00PM by Registered CommenterMarc Kusnierz

In episode twenty-five of Attack the Backlog, Marc sings "Paparazzi" while playing Yahtzee with all the Nazis, who are on the hot seat, in Wolfenstein: The New Order, a first-person shooter all about killing Nazis, from regular ol' boring Nazis to slightly less boring space Nazis to the ever so annoying robotic dog Nazis. Wolfenstein: The New Order originally came out on May 20th, 2014 and is currently available on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. Anyway, something-something boring while BJ is scoring, cheers and enjoy the show.
