SENSEs: Midnight, Undead Horde 2, Fishing Vacation, and More | The Pixelated Sausage Show

This week's episode is an absolute mess as Marc spread themselves way too thin, leading to a lot a lotta about a lot o' notta. After doing their first-ever (kind of) review of a piece of hardware, they get on to what they've been playing and, spoilers, they played too much, including SENSEs: Midnight, LASERPITIUM, Undead Horde 2: Necropolis, Fishing Vacation, Aquarist, A Painter's Tale: Curon, 1950, and more. Anyway and as always, thank you for watching or listening, I hope you enjoy this here episode, and I hope you have a wonderful wonderful rest of your day. (And if you haven't already, or are a listener and not a watcher, please like, subscribe, hit the bell, and all that jazz; it may not seem like much, but it goes a long way in helping support the show and site in general. I would appreciate it greatly.)

Transformers: War for Cybertron - Can I Get Some Fricken' Ammo Over Here?! | Attack the Backlog

This episode of Attack the Backlog is all about Transformers: War for Cybertron, a third-person shooter set in the Transformers universe before they made their way to earth, meaning there's sadly no Shias or Marky Marks in sight. Also not in sight is ammo thanks to a baffling ammo system that's guaranteed to annoy everyone who dares play this game. If that's not enough, also missing is color, something that would have gone a long way in making War for Cybertron at least pleasant to look at--it still looks good, but it could have looked a lot better. In the end, War for Cybertron is nothing more than a bland and forgettable shooter that's greatest strength is its mildly interesting story, but that can only take it so far, lest you're a sucker for anything involving robots that transform into cars.

Xbox Games Showcase, Amnesia: The Bunker, Homebody, and More | The Pixelated Sausage Show

Marc starts things off this week with a random recall of what stood out to them from the Xbox Games Showcase, along with the singular most memorable (in a bad way) moment from Summer Game Fest--hint: it's twisted. After that, they get to what they've been playing with Amnesia: The Bunker, Rubberduck Wave Racer, Homebody, and Chasm: The Rift. Diablo IV, Farworld Pioneers, DRIFTCE, and Nocturnal | The Pixelated Sausage Show

This week's episode features quite the variety of games, including a dungeon crawler, an action platformer, a crafting, survival, one-of-thosers, and even a racer all about drifting and only drifting. If any of those sound interesting to you, prepare your butts and get excited for some deep discussions about Diablo IV, Farworld Pioneers, DRIFTCE, and Nocturnal. Big Rumble Boxing: Creed Champions - Junk Food at Gourmet Prices | Attack the Backlog

Most of you will be shocked to hear that Big Rumble Boxing: Creed Champions isn't that bad. I sure was when I played the game; however, that initial positive shock was followed by a much greater negative shock: the price tag. As surprisingly not terrible as Big Rumble Boxing is, it's got a significant lack of content problem. Based on what's there (and what's not there), one would assume Big Rumble Boxing was a $10-15 game and not the $40 game it actually is, so unless it's on sale, there's no point wasting your time or money.

Anyway, that's it and that's all folks. You can get an even more in-depth discussion by listening to the podcast and, if you're feeling extra generous, you can become a patrondonate a little something, or subscribe to show your support for the site, the podcasts, the streaming, the videos, the art, and everything in between. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to consume any of the content I make and thank you for being a fan. I can't begin to express how much I appreciate each and every one of you. Cheers.

Planet of Lana, Gollum, Home Sheep Home, and Death or Treat | The Pixelated Sausage Show

Marc doesn't beat around the bush this week. They get right on to what they've been playing after just a smidgen of meandering and Supernatural talk with Planet of Lana, The Lord of the Rings: Gollum, Home Sheep Home: Farmageddon Party Edition, and Death or Treat. Anyway and as always, thank you for watching or listening, I hope you enjoy this here episode, and I hope you have a wonderful wonderful rest of your day. Nightmare Reaper, Mia and the Dragon Princess, Demon Skin, and More | The Pixelated Sausage Show

Thanks to an unfortunate accident, compounded by a fair amount of physical pain and emotional strain, this week's episode was delayed; however, I am taking the "event," as I like to call it, as a forcing of the return to weekly episodes as opposed to biweekly episodes. All that said, the delay allowed me to record after having watched the PlayStation Showcase, so discussed the Showcase is, and then, after that, I get on to what I've been playing with Nightmare Reaper, Mia and the Dragon Princess, Strategic Mind: Spectre of Communism, and Demon Skin. CrossfireX - I Am Dead and So Is This Game, Signed, Sealed, Delivered, The End | Attack the Backlog

I could try and find something to say here--something, anything of value--but I've got nothing, which is quite suiting since CrossfireX also has nothing--no fun, no content, and, oh yeah, no more existence either. This is not a traditional episode of Attack the Backlog and CrossfireX is not your traditional Attack the Backlog game/experience; however, it is what it is and that's about as much as I can say about CrossfireX, or, more accurately, this is what it was (because, again, it no longer exists).

Garden Simulator, Under the Warehouse, and Color Pals | The Pixelated Sausage Show

Thanks to CrossfireX destroying Marc and what little bit of soul they have left, this episode ended up being one of the shortest episodes in a long time, coming in at just over 30 minutes. That said, they still had more than enough time to hate on Star Wars yet again, before getting on to what they've been playing with Garden Simulator, Under the Warehouse, and Color Pals. DREDGE, God of Rock, RE:CALL, and Tin Hearts | The Pixelated Sausage Show

Marc spends the first 20 or so minutes talking about exciting (they think) changes coming to Pixelated Sausage in the immediate and not-too-distant (hopefully) future, in addition to just a wee(b) bit of anime, including the fantastic TRIGUN STAMPEDE and the (completely unsurprisingly) ridiculous Chainsaw Man. Once all that is out of the way, Marc gets on to what they've been playing with DREDGE, God of Rock, RE:CALL, and Tin Hearts.
