iPhone: Solitaire Premium Review

Solitaire Premium is a great solitaire game with responsive controls and nice animations. The app store is littered with dozens of different solitaire games and it may be hard to find the right one, but Solitaire Premium is a great version of the familiar card game.

I don’t feel the need to explain what solitaire is; everyone who’s ever owned a PC has already played solitaire. Solitaire Premium does a good job at recreating the classic card game and you can’t really ask for more than that. The touch controls work extremely well and the game features unlimited undos, multiple backgrounds/card images, and the ability to play either 3-card draw, or 1-card draw.

Anyone who enjoys solitaire should buy this game immediately. As stated before, the controls work almost flawlessly and you can’t beat the low price (which is supposedly a sale price). The game just works extremely well and it even saves your game state when closing the app or receiving a phone call. Honestly, just buy the game and enjoy some solitaire on the go.

[Update] – An update for Solitaire Premium is supposedly coming out very soon. This update will include the following new features: Landscape mode, Vegas/Standard scoring, Statistics, the ability to use camera photos for table/card backgrounds, and more.
