PSP #670: Game Informer Layoffs, More Lego City Undercover

Updated on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at 10:00PM by Registered CommenterMarc Kusnierz

On today's show, Marc decides to play Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Hyperstone Heist because they needed something familiar and comfortable in light of the terrible Game Informer news that came out yesterday, where seven wonderful employees lost their job. I have no jokes today. Anyway, something-something sad and, well, sad, cheers and enjoy the anime-zing(ly hoping for the best) show.

Anyway, that's it and that's all folks. PSP #669: Lego City Undercover, Apex Drama, Genesis Nonsense

Updated on Monday, August 19, 2019 at 11:00PM by Registered CommenterMarc Kusnierz

On today's show, Marc talks about Lego City Undercover, some Apex Legends drama, and more general Genesis nonsense, all while continuing their way through the growing pains of learning how to talk and play at the same time; it's, um, not easy. Anyway, something-something boring, which inevitably leads to snoring, cheers and enjoy the anime-zing(ly expensive) show.

Anyway, that's it and that's all folks. Attack the Backlog #24: Dear Esther

Updated on Sunday, August 18, 2019 at 12:00PM by Registered CommenterMarc Kusnierz

In episode twenty-four of Attack the Backlog, Marc walks through the hills and caves of a small Scottish island in Dear Esther, the walking simulator that popularized the genre. And Dear Esther is a walking simulator in its truest form because walking is pretty much all you do and, surprisingly, it's not too bad. Dear Esther originally came out on February 14th, 2012 and is currently available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Anyway, something-something with a lot of walking and not enough Walken, cheers and enjoy the show.

Anyway, that's it and that's all folks. PSP #668: Ancestors Legacy, The Tower of Beatrice, The Boys

Updated on Friday, August 16, 2019 at 10:00PM by Registered CommenterMarc Kusnierz

On today's show, Marc talks about Ancestors Legacy, The Tower of Beatrice, and The Boys, which is absolutely fantastic. Also, Marc learns that playing an RTS game with a controller while talking at the same time isn't easy; they don't recommend it. Anyway, something-something clunky and making me a little jumpy, cheers and enjoy the anime-zing(ly what's with that accent?) show.

PSP #667: Hero Express, Apex Legends Solo Mode

Updated on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at 10:00PM by Registered CommenterMarc Kusnierz

On today's show, Marc talks about Hero Express, the new Apex Legends solo mode, and wishes the Sega Genesis a very happy 30th birthday. If Marc is a fanboy of anything, they're a fanboy of Sega. Anyway, something-something reminiscent and insufficient, cheers and enjoy the anime-zing(ly true, no lies) show.

PSP #666: Vigor, One Leaves, Shazam

Updated on Monday, August 12, 2019 at 10:00PM by Registered CommenterMarc Kusnierz

On today's show, Marc tries something a little different as they play the games they're talking about as they talk about them. The games today are Vigor and One Leaves, and, in addition to all the gaming nonsense, Marc talks about the perfectly fine Shazam, which is, like I just said, perfectly fine. Anyway, something-something smoky and god I miss Pokey, cheers and enjoy the anime-zing(ly was this a good or bad idea for the) show.

PSP #665: Damsel, Robbie Swifthand and the Orb of Mysteries

On today's show, Marc talks about Damsel, Robbie Swifthand and the Orb of Mysteries, some eBay woes, and their continued nostalgic love affair. Anyway, something-something cheap and full of words I'd have to bleep, cheers and enjoy the anime-zing(ly not-as-described) show.

PSP #664: Retro Gaming, Apex Legends Solo Mode

On today's show, Marc talks about their continued desire for all things retro, including retro game prices, the accuracy of sites like PriceCharting, and why video game grading is stupid. In addition to all that, Marc talks about returning to their NES Classic for the first time in months and ends with a bit of interesting Apex Legends news, something all those Rambos will surely love. Anyway, something-something singular and why don't you buy some bling for her, cheers and enjoy the anime-zing(ly overpriced) show.

PSP #663: Solo: Islands of the Heart, Tetsumo Party

On today's show, Marc talks about Solo: Islands of the Heart, Tetsumo Party, and the tragedies that happened over the weekend, leading to another round of, "Let's blame video games instead of the real problem." Anyway, something-something frustrating and denigrating, cheers and enjoy the anime-zing(ly orange) show.

Updated on Sunday, August 4, 2019 at 12:00PM by Registered CommenterMarc Kusnierz

In episode twenty-three of Attack the Backlog, Marc flies through the skies of Gotham City in Batman: The Telltale Series, an adventure game all about the dark knight and Bruce Wayne as they try to stop a terrorist organization, The Children of Arkham, from wrecking havoc across the city. Expect to see Catwoman, Two-Face, The Penguin, and more. Batman: The Telltale Series originally came out on August 2nd, 2016 and is currently available on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, Switch, and mobile platforms. Anyway, something-something I'm just saying this so I can rhyme, that last word with quick time, cheers and enjoy the show.
